All clients have their work carried out under contract with us. If they choose not to do so, this is their choice and they are solely responsible for that choice and therefore have no legal standing against our company under any circumstances. 

All photographs on our website have been taken by us. We therefore have the legal ownership and copyright of those photographs and can use them in any way that we see fit. 

All our works are insured for public liability only, you must insure your own home for the works carried out. 

All our subcontractors are bona fide and therefore expected to have their own insurance policies, as required by them by UK law. 

All our clients are expected to have their own insurances for their property, public liability, their contents insured and for all works being completed.  

All our clients are solely responsible to pay all taxes liable on all monies paid to us for the works carried out by us.
