"I'm very lucky - I have had my attic converted into a bespoke dressing room that now houses all my clothes in solid oak drawers - all soft closing;  angled hanging rails; eave space for those Christmas items that come out once a year. 

A new bathroom converted into a full wet room with a gorgeous rainfall shower, shoulder shower and body jets with underfloor heating to die for. 

Calling it a new wash closet doesn't do it justice - a double sink vanity unit, underfloor heating, all beautifully tiled, gorgeous mirrored cabinet; which their electrician put in the wiring for two electric toothbrushes and sensors for mood lighting that I can put on whenever I like. 

A new conservatory made with oak beams, underfloor heating, pebble tiles, where I can play piano or tend to my orchids. Beautiful. 

A new kitchen tripled in size - yes I extended. Three bifold doors stacking back to open out into the garden with a flush threshold onto my new cedar deck.
